The staff were all friendly but special mention must be made of Miguel, the concierge, for going above and beyond to help with a couple of issues we had, always with a smile! "

"As usual a wonderful experience. Very vast spaces. No fee parking in a nice safe area. "

"Clean room. Noisy, but because it is right in the middle of everything that is somewhat expected. Better quality windows could have dampened the non stop traffic noise at night. The room was a bit on the auster side. You gotta pay extra for room cleaning. Not your traditional hotel, but very central. Used uber, so idk about parking. And never had a chance to check out the roof top bar. Mexico city is full of life and excitement and I would encourage everyone to visit. I wouldn't oppose returning to this hotel also."
