Really good location but the hotel rooms feels outdated. The rooms stinks detergent and has a very strong scent.

We had a 2 days stay for 3 people and 1 infant . The apartment is huge nad can easily accomodate 6 adults . Having 2 bathrooms is really convenient . Ideally located in the Fontana mall , everything in teplice is walking distance and you have all you need for shopping in the building. You can visit the wellness center which is 1 floor down and is pretty decent . Parking on the underground of the mall . Communication was really effective , polite and proffesional . Apatment was clean , only thing that can be better , is to make painting in the walls . Nice gift on the check in , it was highly appreciated . The price is reasonable for 4 people . Overall we recommend this property for a stay in the heart of Teplice .

Großes Apartment - sehr viel Platz für Familien. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sehr zentral. Wir sind zum Skifahren nach Telnice gefahren, ca 20 Minuten. Auch zu empfehlen ist das Aquacentrum im Ort.

Новогоднее разочарование

Ощущение от отеля, что он заброшен и не поддерживается... Построен он из дешовых метериалов которые уже требуют ремонта... Звукоизоляция отсутствует полностью, климат контроль живёт своей жизнью в одной комнате +20, в другой +27...что то изменить так и не получилось... Через окна и балконые двери очень сильно дуло... Уличные жалюзи постоянно стучали по окнам от ветра а для того что бы поднять или опустить их нужно было держать клавишу минуты полторы... В туалетах постоянно стоял не приятный запах из сливных отверстий в полу... Лифты запраграмированны на карточку чтобы поднимать на 4 этаж, только один срабатывал а другой нет и постоянно приходилось с ними воевать, ждать когда приедет именно тот лифт... Писать о минусах можно ещё долго. Расположение отеля - это наверное единственный плюс, ну и лояльное отношение персонала тоже можно отнести к плюсу... Но было и много не стыковок... В целом отелем не доволен. Извините за плохой отзыв, но что есть то есть.
