"Lets start with the good. Overall cleanliness was great. Everything seemed pretty clean. Employees were nice through out the hotel. Front desk was okay. When we first approached hotel, no conseguires to unload our bags. Didn't help us to our room. We did come a bit early but I had to drive my rental to the parking spot, and unload everything myself. The elevator wouldn't take me up to the lobby so I had to take the stairs with all my bags. I'll still give a 4 star because room was always clean when I came back from my activities, fresh towels my bed was made. Pool was nice. The parking staff was nicer than the front desk."

"5 stars to the entire staff, property needs work but overall everything was great 👍, Edwin Q, food and dining supervisor was absolutely the best, employees like him are 1 in a 1000, His attention to detail and ability to solve any issues immediately is what makes him a very valuable employee. So please reward him by promoting and increase in salary would be definitely a great gesture by the management. A prior employee named Katrina was another one that is no longer there , Edwin is in the same league as her so please recognize him for how dedicated of an employee he is. Thanks Todd Martin "

"Marjorie, the manager, was incredibly helpful and kind. All the massages were booked for Sunday, but when a cancellation came up, she personally found me to let me know—great customer service. The spa was very relaxing, and the room had a beautiful view. The restaurant was good for both breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend the stuffed fish or lobster. I would definitely stay here again. Every staff member was friendly and always greeted you, which made the experience even better."
