"I personally had a hard time checking in. The hotel was overbooked. I reserved 2 months prior to traveling and they couldn’t find my reservation despite emails from Mizata welcoming 3 days prior to check in. The hotel is for adults but Expedia did not list it as adults only, my reservation listed my kids and their ages. My rental car was scratched while parked on property. "We really had a great time at this home! We were on a family trip and other members were staying at another house in same community! This rental was clean and very spacious! Beds were comfortable! Hernan the attendant at the house and Jose the owner were both very responsive to our needs! They even got our groceries for us so they were there when we arrived! If you want a relaxing vacation this is the place to go! We felt safe and relaxed on our trip!"
