The stay was fine. Apartment was fine for our group. Nothing luxurious at all but just fine. We primarily only used the space for sleeping. Were NOT aware that the entire premises needed to be completely quiet from 10-8 am daily. There was nothing written anywhere in the posting. Nothing mentioned until we arrived and were told to whisper in the hallways at 6pm! Additionally we were playing cards one evening quietly in the dining room and a neighbor banged on our door and rudely demanded we keep our voices down stating that we were interrupting the entire building due to ‘noise’. Again, we were quietly playing a friendly card game. Walls are extremely thin. Beware!!! Do not stay if you have kids or plan to watch tv as the walls are super thin and tenants will complain!!

Nuestra estancia en los Apartamentos Luxury Singular ha sido fantástica. El apartamento es muy espacioso, cómodo y estaba impecablemente limpio. Nos encantó el detalle de bienvenida con agua y productos para el desayuno, un gesto que se agradece mucho . La ubicación es perfecta para descansar, en una zona súper tranquila y sin ruidos, pero a la vez muy cerca de Santiago, a solo unos 10 o 15 minutos en coche . La plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio es un acierto y una gran comodidad . Por poner una pequeña pega, la entrada no es autónoma. Al viajar desde Madrid, íbamos un poco a contrarreloj con el miedo de no llegar a tiempo para recoger las llaves, lo que nos generó algo de estrés. Salvo por ese detalle, la experiencia ha sido de 10. Sin duda, un alojamiento totalmente recomendable

Nous retenons de manière positive l'accueil, la communication avant notre arrivée, la place de parking sécurisée, la literie et, de manière générale, la propreté. En revanche, pour tout le reste, le prix n’est absolument pas justifié. La décoration est vieillotte, l’éclairage désagréable, sous la douche on subit une alternance constante d’eau froide et chaude, la casserole et la poêle étaient sales, pas de clim et heureusement que le temps était clément, il y a une multitude de panneaux d'avertissements et d'interdictions (bruits, appareils à ne pas toucher, ...), l'acoustique entre les logements est déplorable, la vue de la chambre sur une courette est pas chouette, et les vues sur l’extérieur d'une manière générale ne sont pas agréables. Les photos présentées sur le site ne correspondaient pas à l’appartement. Je ne comprends donc pas le titre « luxury » et je considère qu’il est trompeur. Nous avons payé 162€ la nuit le 20 aout, c'est lunaire.
