"I booked this hotel based largely on the fabulous looking pool. We arrived to find it was closed for the season. The surly receptionist said their terms make this clear (I checked their website and found nothing). It put a dampener on our stay. The main restaurant was also closed. We were advised we could use their other restaurant. We checked it out, it is really a locals bar, which I normally wouldn’t mind but it was filthy. "What a fabulous property. It was so beautiful. Seemed a little like the middle of nowhere but really close to Segovia. The hotel is set around a stunning courtyard. We had a lovely apartment which was perfect for us. It even had a jacuzzi to rejuvenate us after our travelling. "

"Fantástica casa rural. El salón muy espacioso, las habitaciones cómodas, el jardín maravilloso y bien equipado para su disfrute tanto de adultos como de niños. El personal muy amable y pendiente de nuestras necesidades, comunicación fluida durante la planificación del viaje. Menaje adecuado. Ubicación en un lugar precioso, en plena naturaleza, y como dice el anuncio a 1 hora escasa de Madrid.En resumen hemos pasado un viaje familiar estupendo, y a todos nosotros nos ha encantado la casa."

"I spent just one night at this hotel and had a great experience from start to finish. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the room came well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal—tucked away in a quiet area, yet still within easy walking distance of the city center. A special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were absolutely wonderful: warm, helpful, and thorough. They provided detailed guidance on off-site parking, which made things even easier. Highly recommend for a short or extended stay in the area."

Lovely stay

"Absolutely loved this accommodation. Beautiful clean comfortable room. Well planned and designed space. Central location to aqueduct and plaza. Did not have breakfast buffet because we had to catch bus prior but we were able to have items that are available 24 hours- coffee, juice, yogurt, cereal, fruit. Plenty for our needs. "

"Lovely hotel set within a historic building. Staff were excellent. So was the breakfast. Short walk to the centre of Segovia and a short bus ride from the AVE rail station. It also boasts a gourmet restaurant however due to other commitments we weren't able to take advantage of it."
