They took their time to help me with a small explanation when i inquired about my final billing and cleared up any confusions i had in a timely manner without delay via email . Would love to revisit and will be telling friends and family of our experience . "

We had two dinners at their restaurant. Both were exceptionally delicious. We were fortunate to be there during grape harvesting and to also enjoy some of the best Chianti wine I have ever tasted. "Whilst we had a good holiday and the house was nice and good hosts, there are a couple of short comings when travelling with children. The listing does not state that the first floor bedroom is accessed externally and not directly linked to ground floor. This therefore meant our son could not be left in the ground or first floor bedroom alone. The listing needs to be more accurate, we probably won’t have booked if we had known. Also whilst pool was nice, no shallow end therefore our son could not stand in pool and play. Finally, an information folder with local information and recommendations would be helpful "
