"Great place for a short stay in Pavia. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel has parking available (for a nominal charge). The room, though small, was perfectly adequate for one person. Overall, a great experience!"
"Not at all what we expected. The property is a very old, poorly maintained large house. The arrangement is not very sensible as the rooms opened right into the breakfast room which was also the owners living room or office.
It was an extremely casual BnB shall we say. But not very comfortable or cozy. We left as easily as possible.
The food was really good, however. But the dinner service was clearly straining the staff. "
"B&B on huge comital estate down very long gravel drive (or lane) and restaurant is nearby. Delicious home-grown produce, fresh eggs and home-made pasta were served. Restaurant not open Monday and Tuesday but we were given a lovely snack on Tuesday we arrived.
And as we were leaving we saw a baby owl in tree!"
"My 2nd visit here. Love the area. So peaceful despite being not far from the motorway. A great stopping off point on the long route from the very south of Italy.
