"Excellent service by kind, friendly and beautiful staffs! They take the time to help on my request for luggages transfer to airport and always keep their professional smile! Satisfied with everything except that coin laundry area needs improvement. Unfortunately with only 3 combo coin laundry machines on sites, many of these selfish hotel guest still occupied the machine by not picking up their clothings until hours after it was done "

"텐진에 위치하고 있어 쇼핑을 하거나 외곽으로 나갈 수 있는 니시테츠전철, 버스를 이용하기 좋아 접근성이 우수합니다. 출국하기 전날 스마트폰을 택시에 놓고 내렸었는데, 그 다음날 프론트 직원의 도움으로 경찰서에서 무사히 찾아서 귀국할 수 있게 되었습니다. 친절하게 도와주신 직원분께 너무 감사합니다. 다음에도 이 호텔에서 숙박을 하고 싶습니다. "
