Beautiful hotel. Great for families. We highly recommend the breakfast. All the staff was outstanding and made us feel welcome. Looking forward to coming back.

The hotel was beautiful. Spotlessly clean, excellent staff at all levels from reception to housemaids to servers in the bars and restaurant. Superb breakfast. Lovely pool areas, no problems with beds,towels etc. A fabulous stay, thank you

Beautiful hotel… wonderful staff. Rooms are stunning & bed was like a cloud! Food at the Yakuza restaurant was amazing! Pool areas and beach club is super smart and pool was a perfect temperature … we were sad to only have 24hours in this fabulous hotel & hope to come back soon! Photos do not do this place justice!

Good location. The hotel has rebranded, updated and much improved bedrooms and bathrooms. Great new restaurants have been added, existing pools are much improved and new pools for exclusive use added. A new concept has been initiated and this includes the new addition of extensive sound systems about the pool and restaurants. We reported concern at the volume of sound, music and singing; at some locations it was possible to hear competing music from more than one source. This issue was raised by guests and we are encouraged the General Manager has taken on board the need for guests to have access to quiet zones. The staff are excellent and very helpful and attentive. Many have been at the hotel for years.

The Sheraton is a quality hotel which we have now visited 4 times and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. It is a shame that the Japanese restaurant is no longer operating.
The property still looks very impressive from the outside, but a little tired inside. We have stayed at the hotel on 5 or 6 occasions and feel that it needs refurbishing now.
Very helpful staff, as always.
A little tired with no evening turn down. The pool sun loungers were not very comfortable. Japanese restaurant was very good and the concierges and desk staff were good. Staff at poolside bar were efficient.
The management and staff are excellent and care about their guests

I will never ever go back to the Sheraton, I fly 18 hours all the way to Tenerife and I received a room with very bad air conditioning, I talk to the reseption staff and he said that we don’t have a technician right now, better to come back early morning!!
He didn’t even offer me to change the room!
It takes more than 24 hours to decide to change our room.
We stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. Hotel was well kept, had good covid measures and in a great location. Rooms are a large size, comfy bed and excellent air con. The location is great with lots of restaurants, shops and bars in easy walking distance. Service was a bit slow in parts but that was the case all over Tenerife and seemingly due to the impact of covid causing under staffing but overall a great hotel

Room spacious and staff very friendly and happy to help when needed. Bars and restaurants offered lots of options and service was excellent. However, balcony view was completely obscured by palm trees so no natural light. Though the hotel was running at reduced capacity because of COVID there was still no empty sunbeds at times and queued up to 20 mins for breakfast!

The stay was good but the customer service was better at other Sheraton’s I’ve stayed at. Out of the 4 I’ve stayed at this is on the bottom
Absolutely loved this hotel from the moment we walked in. Staff were fantastic, room was beautiful with a wonderful balcony and sea view. Breakfast was superb and the pools and sun loungers great. Overall the atmosphere was relaxed and peaceful. Will definitely be returning.

The location is excellent and the all-round standards of the hotel are high.
Beds are on the soft side (not good news for bad backs.)
Buffet dinners offered poor first courses and rather basic main courses. I would go back on a B and B basis.

I did not like this property at all. The service was appalling re the rooms, check-in, service in restaurant,dirty carpets, dirty walls inthe hallways, peeling paint onthebalconylack of sunny rooms and muddling what was to have been a special occasion an 80th present. The only good thingwas thatthe swimming pool was genuinely heated and usable.

The Sheraton still has a good relaxing feel but as others say it feels a bit tired and dated. Ready for a facelift in the rooms like jiteks nearby. However doesn’t stop us still coming to stay. 😊
