Completely independent villa recently built invites you to spend your best holidays ever. The garden has a private football field, petanque field, an immense heated pool (12m X 5m) and a relax zone. This Villa has a perfect location at Tenerife South 10 min away from the South airport. Playa de las Americas beach, Los Cristianos, Siam Park water park, Siam Mall within 15 min driving. Really good Canarian style restaurants nearby walking distance 3 min.
Heating of the pool costs additional 150 euro per week.

Great House. Perfect for families.

We had a great stay the house is very nice but the yard and pool cannot be beat. Highly recommend this place for families. It’s within 10-15 min drive of everything. There are three restaurants we found within 10 min walk - kid speed. It’s away from the resorts and very quiet. We really loved it and would stay here again.

Tolle Unterkunft

Ein tolles Haus mit einem sehr großen Garten und Pool. Es gab viele Spielsachen für den Pool und Garten (Tischtennis, Fußbälle, Dart,...) Eine schöne neue Lounge und Hängematten rundeten den Garten ab. Der Checkin und Checkout verlief problemlos und wurde von Olga perfekt durchgeführt. Wir können das Haus defintiv weiterempfehlen und hoffen, dass wir nochmals wiederkommen. Danke für die schöne Woche.

Excellent villa

What can I say? This is a super villa. The heated pool was fantastic, the villa was very well appointed including good quality mattresses (which is rare in most rental villas), toys for the children and a fully equipped kitchen. We would love to come back. The best stay we have had in Tenerife.

Très belle maison spacieuse et bien équipée

Nous avons séjourné pendant 6 jours dans cette maison. Les volumes sont impressionnants. La maison est très bien équipée à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Situé dans une petite ville/village au calme loin de l’agitation des lieux touristiques. Nous avons séjour avec notre enfant de 2 ans, qui c’est bien amusé durant le séjour avec les jouets disponibles. La piscine n’est pas sécurisée donc il faut être vigilant si on a de jeunes femmes enfants. Le propriétaire à été très arrangeant et réactif suite à un problème avec la piscine provoqué par le locataire précédent. Pour les commerces la voitures est fortement recommandée. Seul point négatif pas mal de mouches dans le séjour uniquement mais comme partout à Tenerife visiblement au mois de Septembre.

Very good.

The villa was perfect. There was 4 adults and 2 children, the villa had plenty of room for us all. Swimming pool was heated which was lovely. Very large kitchen with all the cooking utensils you need. We were all very happy with the villa and we highly recommend it.
