They offered to have reception open one hour more but still I could not manage to arrive in time. I asked them several times but I got no answer from hitel Bleis on that request. And no possibility to cancel and refund. I had to book a other hotel to...

Bernina Suites - 150 metres to Bernina Express

Bernina Suites - 150 metres to Bernina Express

10/10 Excellent
"What a wonderful gem of a hotel. The location was incredible, close to the train station and close to restaurants. Lots of little shops and cafes close by. The check-in process was fantastic, and the lady at the reception recommended some great restaurants in the area. The room was everything we could have wanted, and even had a washing machine if you have time to freshen up your clothing before taking the train. Would 110% stay at this hotel again when taking the train into Switzerland from Tirano."
