"We stayed at the Deer Ridge Lodge with our 4 children while visiting Tennessee and the house more than met our expectations. Everything was beautifully and tastefully done. The host was communicative and quick to respond. It was stocked with everything we needed and so much more. This was a 2 state, week long trip with 4 kids under the age of 11 and by the time we got to Tennessee we were burnt out on eating out 24/7. We swung through the nearby Publix and grabbed some easy meals and I was able to cook a full dinner with the kitchen being fully stocked with all the necessary dishes/utensils/pans etc. Our kids had a blast with the game room and hot tub and are already asking when we can go back. I’ve already recommended this home to others traveling to Tennessee soon and would happily recommend it to everyone looking for a COMFORTABLE, peaceful, spacious and beautiful place to stay. "

"Overall the hotel was nice and clean. The halls were nie and bright and the room felt spacious. The breakfast was very good on the first day but the subsequent days the scrambled eggs looked grey and the gravy looked as though it had been sitting out for a while. And, truth be told, I didn't like that a "Vape Here" was in the overflow parking lot. To each their own, but had I known, I might not have stayed here being it was for a family vacation."

"Fabulous place to stay!!! We had my Dad’s 95th birthday party there. The home was very clean and very comfortable. We had 8 adults and two children. Beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect for us. Kitchen has a nice layout. Sitting in the backyard was wonderful. We enjoyed the goats and chickens in the fenced yard behind the backyard. The property caretaker was a great guy. Especially with the kids when he was feeding the animals. This is probably the nicest property I’ve ever stayed at through VRBO. This residence is great for family gatherings and other outings. I highly recommend this place. The ping pong table was a big hit too as we had a fun tournament and there’s enough room for lots of spectators. "
