"The staff was great and helped me when my reservation got cancelled. I was given a room but when we went to the room the door wouldn't work and we ended up having to go to the front desk a total of three times before we got assigned to another room. My nephew went with the staff to the new room then came back to me and told me he saw a creepy crawler and ran it by me first. I didn't have many options so I sucked it up and went into the room. Unfortunately that wasn't the only one. My nephew ended up smacking his foot against a not so great door stop bolted to the floor and the door frame to the bathroom was corroded and had sharp edges that could easily hurt someone. I was not comfortable staying there and if I'd had any other option I would have taken it."
"I always appreciate a complimentary hot breakfast included in the price of my room. This hotel had a plentiful spread with scrambled eggs, hot sausage patties, maybe hot potatoes, waffles with all the trimmings, bread for toast, cereals, yoghurt, several juices. Very nice."
"It was fine for overnight stay before a early morning flight. I specifically stayed there for the airport shuttle service however they do not have provide the airport shuttle service before 5am so I had to uber anyway."
"I stay there for work. I work nights and come back to the room late. Once I am done at work all I want to do is relax in my room, but every night I have to get my room key reprogrammed to my room. There is no live person at the desk. There is a kiosk and a person helps me from afar. It makes things a lot harder for me to enjoy my stay. I do not recommend this place."
