Decepcionante

Teníamos dos habitaciones reservadas y tras llamar por la mañana de que nuestra llegada sería pasadas las 22h, me confirman que no hay problema, al llegar a las 22:30h me dicen que por error no tienen habitaciones y que me van a preparar una que tenían cerradas, con muy malas condiciones de salubridad. En la misma habitación meten dos camas de matrimonio y una de estas camas incluso sin sábanas. Muy decepcionado

El hotel nos ha parecido fatal.Teníamos reserva de una habitación para cuatro, dos adultos y dos niños, y cuando llegamos no había ninguna disponible. Nos ubicaron en dos habitaciones y nuestra sorpresa cuando subimos fueron las paredes de los pasillos desconchadas y las puertas de las habitaciones sin manivelas y los agujeros de los huecos tapados con cinta aislante y algodón para que no te vieran dentro de la habitacion. El baño con la bañera con picotazos y ni toallas ni gel para ducharse, tuvimos que bajar a pedirlas al muchacho y nos dio 4 toallas arrugadas y manchadas. El suelo que era imitando a parqué estaba hasta quemado en algunas zonas. Vamos un desastre, no volveremos y desde luego que no lo aconsejo nada de nada, parece un hostal de carretera.

La unica pega fue el desayuno,solamente tenian bolleria industrial ,esperabamos mas del hotel. Hemos tenido que continuar el viaje y desayunar en el camino.

Give it a misd

Requested a ground floor room as my wife can not climb stairs. Given a 1st floor room no ground floor available. Once I got my wife upstairs she was stuck there Extremely difficult to get back down or up again

Es el peor alojamiento en el que he estado en toda mi vida.En el pasillo tenìa que utilizar el telèfono para iluminar ,no habìa luz.En la recepción no se si habìa desde luego no la encendieron.La ducha que en su momento tenía una mampara de 3 puertas ahora tiene una que se cae,toallas rotas ,pintura desconchada ,rotura de pared se ven las tuberias,una falta de mantenimiento evidente.Informamos de que nos iríamos temprano ,nos dicen que no hay problema que siempe hay alguien en recepción,pues por la mañana alumbrándonos con la luz del móviles no había nadie llamanos ,nadie contesta conseguimos salir por la puerta de la cafeteria ,que tenía las llaves puestas y gracias a mi hijo que es un niño delgado y salió por un hueco para retirar la verja.No recomiendo este hotel.A Expedia les digo que deberían informarse un poco de los hoteles que ofertan.

AMAZING PLACE

We arrived, the lady who booked us in was superb. We asked if there was a lift (they have a magnificent spiral staircase). She lept up and grabbed our bags, and sprang up the stairs, what a star! Shame we didnt have the same leaving, as were obviously strugging bringing our bags down said stairs. This man sprightly ran down the side of us without a whisper, to get behind the reception to receive our payment, ruining a brilliant stay. This place is amazing, it was clean, the features of the room, the doors, windows, furniture is magnificent. There was central heating in the room, a bonus because it was -3° when we reached our frozen car. Its a shame that this was just a stop over, as we would have loved to have stayed longer. There was a television in the room, but no remote, so we couldnt watch any tv, as we were very tired, we didn't need it, but it would have been good to have it in the room. This place is amazing, if you want to stop anywhere near this place choose this, you will nit regret it.

Nos dieron una habitación en la que no funcionaban ni el aire acondicionado ni la televisión. Lo comentamos en recepción pero la chica nos dijo que deberíamos esperar hasta que llegara el dueño. Al cabo de un rato llegó y nos cambió de habitación en donde ya funcionaba todo. Las habitaciones son muy amplias igual que todo el edificio al que hay que entrar por la cafetería. Dejo una foto del lavabo donde se veía suciedad de hace tiempo.

Quiet Waystation

Don't know what it is like in the summer. It was basically empty when we were there. At the price we paid it was a bargain. No food/ no other service than a bed for the night.

It was disappointing that their Cafe did not open for desayuno! Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. No lift to rooms so if you have dodgy hip and find stairs difficult may be this not for you. Overall I thought this was excellent value for an overnight stop without need for 5 star facilties! I will use again

Reservé en este hotel por la relación calidad-precio y porque estaba cerca de donde íbamos a competir el día siguiente de la reserva.Hicimos 4h en coche.Llegamos a las 22.30.Nos dicen que no hay habitaciones por una avería (nos cuentan que ocurrió miércoles, que no han podido avisarnos y que el gerente está de viaje y no tiene cobertura).Nos envían al hostal de una gasolinera a 15 km de distancia.El trato del personal fue deficiente; las habitaciones muy pequeñas y muy,muy antiguas;y para desayunar, a parte del café, sólo había bollería industrial.No pudimos dormir porque las habitaciones estaban pegadas a la autovía.Me gustaría saber cómo presentar una solicitud formal para pedir el reembolso del dinero que pagué por las habitaciones que no tuvimos.Gracias.

tranquilidad en la estepa castellana

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y es muy cómodo tener bar-restaurante. El centro del pueblo está a menos de 15 minutos andando, por lo que su ubicación no está mal. La cocina del restaurante es realmente buena, muy aconsejable.

A little strange.

Very pretty part of the town about 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel itself was a little strange. We have stayed in many small hotels all over Spain during our travels. This hotel was not unpleasant...just a little strange. The small attached bar seemed to be more important than the hotel...we were made very welcome but felt a little "in the way" A shame because the building is very nice. There was free onsite parking. Room was clean and comfortable. Check the price on checkout...hotel tried to overcharge us what was quoted on booking.

Como favorable. Las habitaciones son amplias Como desfavorable: La cama solo tiene una almohada, la habitación es muy calurosa tanto de día como de noche , el aire acondicionado funciona muy mal o no enfría y encima hace mucho ruido por la noche. Creo que no regresare, aunque solo es para una noche
