Die weWir haben unseren Urlaub hier insgesamt sehr genossen und waren bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten sehr zufrieden. Die Wellnessanlage ist wirklich schön gestaltet, sauber, ordentlich und gemütlich. Besonders der tolle Ausblick in die Berge trägt sehr zur Erholung bei. Etwas schade fanden wir allerdings, dass der Wellnessbereich bereits um 20 Uhr schließt – gerade im Urlaub hätten wir ihn abends gerne noch etwas länger genutzt. An der ein oder anderen Stelle merkt man außerdem, dass manche Dinge schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Teilweise war etwas locker und auch die Knöpfe zum Aktivieren der Wasserdüsen waren schon ziemlich mitgenommen. Das sind jedoch eher Kleinigkeiten und insgesamt hat uns der Wellnessbereich sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, gemütlich und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Beim Essen waren wir leider nicht ganz so zufrieden. Für ein Vier-Sterne-Wellnesshotel hatten wir uns kulinarisch etwas mehr erwartet. Das Essen war für unseren Geschmack eher mittelmäßig und konnte unsere Erwartungen leider nicht vollständig erfüllen. Hier wäre aus unserer Sicht noch etwas Luft nach oben. Dafür möchten wir den Service besonders positiv hervorheben. Sowohl die Chefin des Hauses als auch die Senior- und Junior-Chefin waren ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das gesamte Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend – wirklich ein großes Lob und bitte weiter so! Alles in allem ist es eine sehr schöne, saubere und gemütliche Anlage.

Ikke styr på noget

Havde ikke noget værelse trods reservation 4 måneder før ankomst. Fandt anden overnatning til os, hvor de kunne fortælle, at det var 5. elker 6. gang indenfor en uge, det var sket. Virkede rodet og personen i receptionen virkede totalt forvirret og gav indtryk af ikke at have styr på noget som helst

Trasig duschkabin som inte var ren. Flagnande färg på balkongräcket. Gamla heltäckningsmattor. Toalett som saknade handfat. Fick ta i handtaget på toaletten och gå in i duschrummet för att tvätta händerna. Utsikten var fin. Frukost ok ej mer. Överpris för vad man fick.
