"The space was perfect, don't hesitate to book here! Could not ask for anything better. The space was large with 4 bedrooms a full kitchen and living room. Easy access to the property and an excellent view of the mountains. John was very helpful in answering minor questions I had before arrival. It was also an excellent location, close to anything we wanted to do in the SLC area and the freeway access which made it super easy. The price was great for the amount of space we had. This was the first time I've rented a basement apartment in the Utah area and it was wonderful."

"Perfect for family gatherings. The space was large enough so we didn't feel cramped and the outdoor area is very inviting. My only suggestion is to put a TV in the main living area. We have some who can't do the stairs so we couldn't all use the theater or watch tv together. Otherwise, great house. We will rent again"
