"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is cute and cozy and had everything we needed. Great location in a nice, quiet neighborhood with an easy drive to downtown and the airport. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again."

Element31 revisited

"This is the second time in two years to stay at Element31 in Salt Lake City. The first time was in a different unit and was not as nice as this one although the floor plan was identical. Everything seemed clean and in order except the floors. Our feet got really dirty walking around the unit barefoot. The pool is quite nice and was the primary reason we returned to the same building and the property was conveniently located for our personal needs. I had to contact the owner and the property manager about an issue at the pool but both were very responsive. I do wish that the main bedroom had a chest of drawers in the main closet otherwise there was very little place to unpack our suitcase for a four night stay. I would definitely consider returning to this unit. Since we have grandchildren living about ten minutes away who like the pool, it is almost a certainty for next summer."

Kids Loved the Treehouse

"An off-street parking spot, leads to a private entrance. There is a shaded yard to relax in, an air conditioned treehouse for the kids to have some privacy; and the home is quiet, well-equipped and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and pleasant as well. This was a great stay."

Spacious home with private heated outdoor pool, hot tub, patio, grill & W/D

Pleasant home

"We stayed in the summertime at this home and my family and I had a great time. There were plenty of sleeping spaces for everyone and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and cookware. My only complaints were that the pool was pretty dirty when we got there. But thankfully it had a cleaning scheduled for the next day and after talking with the pool cleaner, it was sparkling when we got back from our adventures. My other complaint being that the sitting room where the tv was had a very small couch and only 3 of the 5 of us fit on it so the other 2 say on the tile floor. I would think a house with 4 bedrooms and 5 beds would have a bigger couch in the tv room. Overall very cool house. There is a lot of antique and interesting pieces. Since we couldnt all watch tv together at night we spent a lot of the time looking at the cool historic pieces throughout the house which was pretty fun."
