A little disappointing

This was a five star hotel but it did have quite a few issues. The outdoor pool was not open till June. There was an indoor pool but we were not told that this was available. Much of the hotel information is your phone but we had conection problems . The restaurant had no stand by paper menus. The waiter let us look at his phone so we quickly chose something. The staff were a little aloof generally especially in the panorama restaurant. The reception staff were functional but not warm and welcoming by any stretch. However the room was good with a balcony and good facities.

Beautiful views and excellent service

Came on a cycling trip and after collapsing partway up the climb to the hotel was collected by two very helpful staff. I was then well looked after over an extended 3 day stay. I marked down the local area aspect as there doesn’t appear to be much around - you’re about 5kms out of Tekirdağ town. That said, the views are stunning. The restaurant is okay, limited menu. Breakfast buffet looked great (though sadly I was too ill to full partake!) Clean rooms, well maintained and excellent service.

Otel, sanırım bölgenin tek 5 yıldızlı oteli olmasının rahatlığıyla özellikle bazı hususlarda kötüydü. Bunların en önemlisi temizlikti. Lavaboda, duş başlığının hortumuna dolanmış şekilde saçlar vardı. Banyodaki çöp kovasının üstüne bir şey akmış ve kurumuştu. Banyonun zeminine bir şeyler dökülmüş ve süpürülmemişti.Duş başlığının su gelen deliklerinden bazıları tıkalı olduğu için sanırım, çok az su geliyordu. Duş almak eziyet oldu. Kahvaltısı açık büfeydi ve iyiydi.

Guten Tag Wir waren vom 11.08.25 bis zum 14.08.25 in Ramda Tekirdağ. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, Mann sollte die Zimmer renovieren und in der Dusche öfters mal das Silikon in den Duschen erneuern. Für den Preis was wir bezahlt habe, würde ich mir bessere Qualität erwarten. Abend essen würde ich auch nicht im Hotel empfehlen, man bekommt TK Ware serviert, zu überteuerten Preisen.

Hotel ist keine 5 Sterne wert. Vielleicht 3 maximal 4. Einrichtung alt was aber eigentlich nicht schlimm ist. Raum: Bett nicht Komfortabel, kein smart Fernseher, Regendusche funktioniert nicht wirklich, Toilette spült nur mittelmäßig, muss man ganz oft nach spülen damit alles weg ist. WiFi :Wenn man mit dem Handy raus aus dem Zimmer geht muss man sich immer wieder neu anmelden. Und Internet ist langsam. Pool: großer Minuspunkt hier, weil sehr laut und wirkt wie ein öffentlicher Freibad, viele Kinder, die springen ständig ins Becken und spritzen mit dem Wasser ( nicht alle sind Hotelbesucher Pool nimmt auch von außerhalb Menschen an) Drei rutschen die Spass machen, aber halt viel zu voll was schade ist. So sollte kein 5 Sterne Hotel sein. Frühstück: sehr vielfältig an essen!! Toll!
