"We were greeted very gleefully by the host. The property is in an excellent location and everything is like brand new. The parking was very much on site. Oh, and it was covered parking. There was a very nice saltwater swimming pool and patio area that included a serve yourself beverage kiosk. All of the old town, the old bridge, the crooked bridge, dining, and other features of Mostar were all an easy walk from here."

"This hotel, which is also a museum, is owned by the 9th generation of the same family. Mostar is busy and bustling, but in an anonymous side street, maybe 0.5 mile from the centre of town, is this oasis of calm and quiet. Our room was quirky, but great. Well cleaned and maintained with good air-conditioning (hot and cold if required). Breakfast was simple and delicious and the staff cannot do enough to help you. If you want to step away from chain or identikit hotels, this is the place to stay. One small note of caution, we arrived very late and sat nav took us to the door, but we couldn't see how to get in. If this happens to you, face uphill, the turn 1/4 to your left. There are two very big wooden doors. The entry is the right hand door, will a bell if you need assistance."

"Good hotel in a perfect setting. Not quite affording direct views of ‘the’ bridge (but a minor old one in lieu) and by default built into a very restricted site with many steps, the hotel nevertheless afforded a great three-day stay, and should we return to Mostar would certainly stay here again. The breakfast was really good and with a wide choice, and you could normally take it outside. Choice of at least six cakes! We ate one evening choosing from a Bosnian menu and that experience was a highlight. We had just a Standard Room which was fine but lacked extras. But the staff more than made up. So friendly and helpful."
