It’s worth noting that this is a flat upstairs from a convenient store and mechanic shop. We were fine with it, but it does add a level of noise to being in the flat and/or having your windows open. "Very basic accommodation in need of a complete redecoration/refit. Upstairs bathroom shower waste was blocked caused a small flood. Flat above an off licence, in a dreary street. OK for one night if passing though."

"Outstanding views at all times of the day and night, convenient location to transportation for Torquay and entire Devon area, very comfortable bed and bedding, good shower, kitchen met our breakfast and easy dinner needs, tv appreciated. Being there a week required us to provide our own shampoo, laundry detergent, hair dryer, paper towels, and extra toilet paper. Kitchen and Refrig was more than adequate space and the essentials for cooking and eating hot breakfast and basic dinners."
