"Instructions to enter Villa were clear. It was clean with towels & tea towels & a pleasant little basket of goodies. All kitchen equipment you will need. Microwave, coffee machine & washing machine (if required). Books & DVD’s. Comfy bed with decent bedding. Good quality outside patio seating with much needed umbrella. Wi-fi was easy to connect to. One very small gripe, could do with a further mid size towel per person. Overall, very happy 😊"

"We had a lovely week in this great villa. Beautifully furnished and well equipped. The master suite is huge. Everything was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed sunbathing on the terrace and swimming in the pool. It's 20 mins walk to the restaurants but we enjoyed the exercise particularly after a large meal out! Communication with the owner was great."

"First, I have to say that Darren is really quick and very easy to communicate with. Both before and during holiday. He is also really helpful in advising stuff about holiday. Second, Michelle who is the local contact is phenomenal and again, so very helpful. Both go above and beyond to me. "Very spacious property with a fantastic pool and outdoor space. Full range of International Satellite TV channels went down well. The kitchen was very well equipped. Character in abundance with a truly stunning entrance and lounge area. 25 to 30 minute walk to centre and beaches which suited us well as we love to walk and a very quiet and relaxing time in the villa. Pram hire for our 4 year old did prove essential. Villa manager was very quick to respond to minor maintenance issues."

"Villa was of decent quality, sofa was clean and comfortable, kitchen was clean, well equipped and of good standard. The bed was very comfortable with a good memory foam mattress, pillows were a bit poor tho, the wardrobe was great with loads of hangers. Bathroom had a couple of mouldy bits and maybe would benefit from some bleach on them, the shower was great and had good pressure. Thought the basin arrangement was a bit weird but work ok, only drawback with the sinks being outside the bathroom...

We loved the location being away from the larger tourist areas, but not too remote, and there is a good EuroSpar supermarket just a few minutes walk away. We would certainly come again."

"This is a superb villa in a perfect location. Extremely private and quiet yet close to shops, restaurants, beach etc. I would recommend it to anyone. Communication with the owner and property manager could not have been better. They were very accommodating about us getting in at the start of the holiday and leaving at the end. All in all marvellous."

"We stay in costa teguise a lot so have stayed in alot of rentals. It was good for our needs but is really needing some upgrading. Having separate bathrooms was great, however ours stank of damp and there is a leak coming from the roof and must have got to the light. Had a few cockroaches which happens in lanzarote but I think more pest treatment is needed. Not enough towels, my mum had to use beach towels. We had no details of when the cleaner was to come so better communication is a must. But...

"The house had everything we needed for a lovely holiday in Lanzarote. It was well-equipped and in a good location - just a short drive to the beach and other attractions. The owners lived next door and were very helpful. They allowed us a later check-out time, which we really appreciated. The only minor quibble was that there wasn't much hot water for showers etc. However, we would certainly return!"
