On the quiet edge of Costa Teguise nearing the Golf Course, is “Casa Gardenias 50”, a beautiful and spacious two-story Duplex with 3 bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms.

You enter a large terrace with outdoor dining area, and shower. Ideal for outdoor enjoyment.

The downstairs includes a fully equipped kitchen and utility room with washing machine, a large living room with dinging area with air conditioning, and WC.

Upstairs are a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a double-bedroom with two single beds, a third bedroom with trundle bed and workspace, and family bathroom.
