Le service, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Francesco ont certainement fait une différence dans l’appréciation de notre voyage dans cette région ! Nous sommes amateurs de nature et la localisation de la villa nous a permis de profiter pleinement des attraits touristiques du secteur ! Je recommande sans hésitation Tenuta Vallina !"

"The hotel is in a the Centro of the old town of Atena Lucano. The atmosphere is pleasant. The staff and service is very good. They have a restaurant onsite and the food was appetizing. Well worth a trip to visit the area and stay there. "

"We spent at Casa Paloma 10 wonderful days in August. The house is located 25-30 minutes by car from the beaches, Agropoli, Paestum. It is well equipped, there is everything you need. But the most unforgettable is the wonderful views that open from the terrace above the pool. Emanuela is the best hostess. She was very kind to us, constantly in touch, and promptly resolved the issues that we had. On her advice we visited very tasty restaurants, agritourism nearby. Thanks again, Emanuela. I recommend Casa Paloma."

"L'Aia is a nice B&B (not Resort) with a very friendly owner (Vincenzo) that does everything to make the stay welcoming and relaxing. The room has a good size, and the exterior has beautiful views. The swimming pool is gorgeous, and the BBQ/Bar area is a plus. Internally, the shower does not have a consistent flow of hot water, with intermittent cold/hot flows. Hard to relax in the shower because of that. Towels are not changed daily unless asked. Toiletries given are minimal (lack of shampoo for example). The beds are big but hard. Lack of Air conditioning or fan in the room during hot months makes sleeping a bit difficult (although because of the mountain location, the ventilation is very good - lots of mosquitos though! - need a plug-in mosquito repellent for a good night of sleep. Breakfast is simple, with continental options only. Vincenzo always made the cappuccino, latte or black coffee with extreme care. Vincenzo invited us to a summer party that cost little and offered nice food, drinks and entertainment by the pool. It's a must!"

"This is a very tranquil place to stay, nestled in beautiful hills with some very pleasant nearby towns--in particular, Sicignano degli Alburi. We attended a large family reunion in Sicignano, and Mariangela, our hostess at La Tavernola, was very accommodating, allowing a small family photo exhibit on the premises, while also catering a delicious snack ("an evening under the stars") to finish up the weekend. Our room was charming and airy, with a pleasing view of the countryside. The breakfasts (and other meals that we ordered) were fresh and very tasty. Some ingredients were harvested at La Tavernola, such as olive oil and beans. Her staff was also friendly and gracious. The town of Sicignano has a historic castle and some excellent restaurants, including a pizza cafe on the town's main piazza. We also visited a nearby cave (~25-40 minute drive), Le Grotte di Pertosa-Auletta, which had an underground boat ride for part of its tour."
