Impressive hotel/resort, the rooms are amazing with a private pool and garden. The restaurant is also very good, with many options and very high-quality food. The staff is very friendly and they will do everything to make your stay super comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel/resort, you will not regret it.

The place was surrounded by tranquil and rustic rice fields. Our room was by the shared pool overlooking the rice fields and greenery in the distance. Villages were nearby. It was so peaceful and relaxing. A complete break from the mad world 😎 There were a few reasonable restaurants nearby. You could actually walk on the side of the road without being run over, unlike other parts of Bali. The room Was comfy- no problems. Only blemish was that the bathroom sink did not drain well.

Absolutely wonderful everything was amazing thank you for everything

We had a wonderful stay at Aksaray Hotel. The hotel itself and the surrounding views were absolutely beautiful. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding staff. Ayu was especially kind and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She organized everything quickly and perfectly, making sure we had the best experience possible. It truly felt like a real friend was taking care of us. Thanks to her, our trip was smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. Highly recommend this...

My wife and I spent five days of our honeymoon there, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. The hotel has excellent facilities, and everything is beautiful and immaculate. However, what truly stands out is the staff. The service is absolutely wonderful. We can only be grateful for every smile and for the kindness of every single person who works there. We would also like to thank all of these wonderful people. We will definitely be back!

Excellent

It’s a must visit luxury resort in Ubud. All staff members there are professional and so kind: exception and great service by all staff, especially Yude, who really went above and beyond service and really ensured we are comfortable and satisfied with our stay. I would highly recommend anyone staying there to invest in that extra bit and get the villa. It is worth every penny. Gets plenty of sunlight, is private and a lot more relaxing environment.

I was looking to be away from crowds, screens and shops. This was it.

Beautiful room with nice partial outdoor shower. Well maintained property. Day-beds by pool. Staff were all super lovely. Food was good and very reasonably priced. Free drop off and pick up from town which was perfectly on time. Highly recommend, amazing place, everything we wanted our stay in Ubud to be.

Waking up in Alam villas was a breath taking sight everyday staff were extremely helpful and friendly.Only the stairs were very hard to handle that was the only downside

Everything was incredible - our stay at the Cone was peaceful and beautiful. All of the staff were so lovely and helpful, and the room was clean, spacious and beautiful. The floating breakfast was great, and having massages in our room, listening to the rain pour outside, was like a dream! Thank you Highly recommend the Cone!

The staff is nice and helpful, the location is perfectly located at the entry of the Mangrove forest
