We stayed one night at The point. My husband tried to check in on my behalf (I was driving so stayed in the car when we arrived, as parking spaces were not obvious), however he was told that I needed to be the one to check in. Our room was not as described on Expedia booking - I think we were 'upgraded' however would have preferred the room that was booked. The bathroom/toilet had a weird 'off milk' odour. I think the included 'beverages' for expedia members was 2 bottles of water (?). Kitchen staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was otherwise comfortable and clean, however for the cost of the booking, feel disappointed in this stay and would not return.

The walls/floors/ceilings are paper thin and was not pleasant at all. The shower also flooded the bathroom floor. The next day I went to reception to let them know my issues. I was moved room straight away. I was told that there would be nobody above me, however I could hear a constant tapping/banging noise. There must have been some sort of renovations going on that reception clearly were not told about. There was only one tv remote for two tv's. Also the shower again in this apartment leaked all over the bathroom floor. Making it a safety hazard, that I had to put towels on the ground so I didn't slip over. When I went to put some towels on the ground I found a dirty big mark on one of them which was disgusting. The shower also had black mould in the corners and in need of a good scrub. There was also long black hairs all over the bathroom floor and on the kitchen tiled area as well. The internet was terrible and got even worse during the evening....I had to use my own data from my phone and use as a hot spot to be able to actually watch some Netflix. The lady who checked me in could have been more welcoming and smiled. I'd stay here again if I'm desperate. Over all the apartments are lovely and the bedding is very comfortable. Its just a pity about the rest.
