"Great stay"

"The suite I stayed was outdated but clean. The staff were amazing just to mention few. Breakfast was excellent. Stayed there 3 nights with my 3 kids and they loved it and would love to come back next time. Just an amazing stay I would say. Koodos to all the staffs for making us feel home. Here is to the receptionist Michelle, a big thanks to you for making our check-in memorable. Very kind hearted person and hope to see you guys soon…"

"Room was freezing, the bathroom was a freezer. Felt like a prison, the heater turned off and on. And no directions when wanting to leave in the building. "

"What a nice hotel. It was super clean and the room was well stocked . The beds were a dream for sleeping :) Breakfast was very good with a variety of both hot and cold items: Fruit, cereal, waffles, eggs, meat, cheese, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt , juice etc. Lots to choose from The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Ryley made sure everything was to our liking . There was also a young man at the front desk each morning ( I regret I didn’t get his name ) was also very kind and helpful. We didnt use the pool or exercise room so I can’t comment on that. I’m sure it would be great as well! I was really impressed with this hotel and would definitely stay again . "

"Staff was great! Parking was a nightmare and they charge $20 per night. Tv and desk did not work but maintenance fixed it immediately. Room was dark as their needs more lighting. Got all the lighting in the morning as their were no blackout curtains."

"We booked a non-smoking room and we got one. However, the smell of smoke can be smell at the hallway and even inside our room and it is troublesome for us because we don't smoke. It would be nice if there's an elevator because our room was on the 2nd floor and we have to carry our staffs through the stairs."
