"TV remote was not working. The lady at checkin had said, "If you need anything, I will be here until 10pm." I took the remote to her and she changed the batteries. She also walked to the room to make sure it was working. It wasn't! She took the remote and returned with one that did. Also, the room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. The TV helped me fall asleep."

However, Leon was very accommodating and quickly found us a suitable substitute! The mattresses and bedding were great, and the water pressure in the showers was wonderful. We appreciate this host’s quick response and his availability when needed."
