"The room was tiny. There was no place to put your luggage except on the bed with you. On the floor you could barely walk between the wall and the bed to the bathroom. The towels were old and smelled bad as soon as they were wet. There was no shower gel/shampoo in the shower. We had a room with the kitchenette which had an electric kettle which worked, and the stove worked. Plates, utencils for two."

"I still don't understand how this hotel made it to your platform. You need to review some hotels before you put up for customers. I check-in at night, but I found it difficult to believe that it's actually a hotel. I've to go out to double check on if the address is right. I branded it Ghost hotel. I was very terrified. I spent 2 nights without meeting a single person. You guys have to remove this House of Baron 2 from your website. "

Im zusätzlich aus zu füllenden Mietvertrag war gar kein Frühstück mehr inbegriffen und hätte zusätzlich (á 10 €) gebucht werden müssen. Meine schriftliche Bitte, dies zu klären, ist noch immer unbeantwortet. Morgens hätte die Rezeption von 7 - 12 Uhr besetzt sein sollen, ca. 8.30 Uhr herrschte völlige Dunkelheit - niemand an der Rezeption oder...
