"Lovely local area - very authentically Italian. However 40 mins drive uphill from main Como lake and city, 25 mins drive to the local lake area advertised on site. Parking extremely difficult as busy with restaurant and the locals. Restaurants/shops nearby are delicious and very cheap in comparison to down in Como. Views are beautiful and the accommodation itself if nice. "

"Lake Como is amazing and this is a pleasant place to kick off a beautiful trip. This was the only part of the trip where we had a car because we wanted to tour around the area, so convenient parking was a nice feature. The room was comfortable (a bit small, as all hotel rooms in Italy seem to be unless you are willing to spend several hundred dollars a night)."
