"Breakfast was excellent. Great variety buffet style so you can serve yourself. The staff were friendly. The only disappointment was the initial room we were given had no air-conditioning and it was 28°C outside and 35 Celsius in the room! Fortunately, we were moved to a different room after reporting the broken AC. Hotel should not be renting rooms in this temperature without air conditioner."

Altamente raccomandato! 👏👏👏👏👏 A great location, only a few minutes walk to Palazzo dei Diamanti, and not tharlt far from Castello Estense di Ferrara . Beautifully decorated with real art, it's very quiet and our room ("the Warhol") has a walk-in closet/dressing room. Highly recommended! 👏👏👏👏👏 "

"Staff was courteous. Breakfast was good. Bathroom in the room had a strong cigarette smell (which did not go away overnight). Mattress was firm as a rock and pillow very thin. "

"I am a usual customer, but this time there was no heating at the hotel on the first night and the room temperature was 18C. To me that is unacceptable. I have requested additional electric heater, but it was not available. It was a rough night and for a 4 star hotel it is unacceptable to have such conditions."
