"We got a free upgrade from a standard trip room to a kitchen cabin. Overall the kitchen cabin had a few dead flies and bees near the window. Might have froze to death in the cold. Other than that, the area was clean. Nothing much about the views because it was rainy and gloomy when we arrived. Everything ..."

"You couldn’t ask for a better view. I thought Te Anau would just be a necessary and brief stop on our way out to Milford Sound, but I ended up wishing we could stay another night. The room was comfortable and convenient, and the guest laundry was an added bonus. I would happily come back here."
