"Terrible experience with the property, but VRBO were brilliant. Couldn’t contact VRBO straight away (not their fault) our taxi driver recommended a nearby hotel which was ok. When I did contact VRBO the next day, they were extremely nice, very apologetic. They opened up a case against the ‘owner’.
