Good family option in residential neighborhood

New hotel outside of Old City Tbilisi. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. A car would be a necessity as it’s a few miles away from the heart of the tourist area. The rooms are very spacious, more like a small apartment set up with a kitchenette, and the AC is in excellent working condition especially during the hot summer months. Breakfast options were limited but it was adequate. Recommend it for families with small children since the rooms are spacious.
