Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The arrival is at Natali Inn, the hotel that was booked with the views and the location, which was the reason for choosing the hotel. But from that location they transfer you to another location and a hotel called Natali Boutique Hotel. That shouldn't be called a hotel. I all may travels this is the first time that I rate a place poor. I know it's not going to happen but a refund is deserved.
