About our accommodation: Bright and cosy two-room apartments that are perfect for couples, solo travellers or small groups. Inside, you will find a well-thought-out space for relaxation: a separate bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed and a spacious living room. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a table, and a Samsung Smart TV — the perfect place to relax after a busy day. Important information: The apartment is located in a residential apartment building, so sometimes you may hear normal footstep sounds or everyday noise from the neighbours upstairs. Also, during the daytime, neighbours may occasionally carry out renovation work.

Guest access
The entire apartment is at the guests' complete disposal. You have access to:

Kitchen: cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, and all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating.

Bathroom: fresh towels, hairdryer, washing machine, shampoo and shower gel.
Lounge area: double bed with clean bed linen, air conditioning

Living room: a comfortable sofa bed, a coffee table and a Samsung Smart TV.

Internet: free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

Balcony: a cosy place for your morning coffee. We have made sure that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Check-in and check-out times:

Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

Quiet hours: Please respect the quiet hours between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. to respect the peace of the neighbors.

Smoking: Smoking any kind of cigarettes, hookahs or vapes inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

Parties: The place is not available for noisy events and celebrations.

Cleanliness: Please wash your dishes and take out the trash before check-out.

House feature: Please note that this is a residential building, so during the day neighbors may occasionally do repairs.

Hello! I want to let you know that repairs have started in the lobby on the 1st floor near the elevator. All residents and guests were asked to temporarily use the elevator from the second floor. Please take the stairs up one flight (to the 2nd floor) and call the elevator from there. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding!
