Apartment "Art House Petunia" is the place where you will be able to feel and enjoy real Tbilisi old (vintage) style. It is situated in the heart of Tbilisi's old town in a historic building of the late 19th century which is in the listed of cultural heritage of Tbilisi. Art House Petunia's total area is of 65 sq m, consists of 3 rooms and terrace. The apartment is equipped with all amenities for a comfortable staying. Up to 5 people Art can stay in Art House Petunia. It is non smoke inside area.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 3-storey building, has its own courtyard and entrance, parking for 1 car. Art House Petunia is equipped with all amenities: furniture, refrigerator, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary accessories - microwave, dishes, tea service, bathroom has all necessary toiletries.
Bed linen, towels and slippers are provided. The apartment is equipped with a central heating system providing comfort and warmth in winter, and the brick structure of the house in the summer always provides a natural, healthy, cool temperature.

The Georgian Opera and Ballet Theater is 10 minutes walk away, the State Museum is 12 minutes. "Rose Square" - 4 minutes, Art Museum 15 min. The cathedral - 25 min, the citadel Narikala 30 min.
