In Tbilisi we have two main districts and the flat is in one of them - central part of Saburtalo. Our apartment is in the new and designed building by the best developers, on the 7th floor (by free elevator) with total space 120 sq.m, quite enough for 4-8 persons. The living area includes a fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need to enjoy home cooked meals. The living area benefits from two glazed walls, flooding the space with light and catching the sunset every night. There are two, big and comfortable balconies so you can enjoy your evenings there.

WIFI is always included! TV of more then 70 channels.
I travel a lot, so one of my priority is a super clean accommodation. That's why my apartment always gets professionally cleaned for guests arrival, and we provide super fresh high quality linens and towels.

Please pay attention to the types of the beds. This space sleeps 7 in “real” beds. Another 1 can sleep in the common area in a sofa bed.
