17/18 floor. Balcony. Not yet inhabited. Ideal for 2-3 people or a couple with children. 2 rooms, 2 beds, 2 elevators, perimeter with video surveillance. The balcony overlooks the monument (Chronicle of the Kings of Georgia), the church, the Christmas tree and the city. Sunny all day long, cozy, with a separate bedroom, fully equipped, close to the sea beach (4 stops) and the Caucasus International University. Glovo and Wolt delivery services are available. Free parking, 1200 m from the Sarajishvili metro station - 3 stops. 8 km from the center. Please smoke only on the balcony.
