"We were booked for this resort but actually given rooms in another - Residencial Casabela One room had NO bedrooms - just 2 mattresses on a bed deck on the floor !!!!! Dangerously steep stairs, broken bathroom door (hole in middle badly patched) Shelf had fallen off in shower - just 2 holes in wall Sofa dirty and split - cheap cover thrown over it to disguise Food waste never collected by cleaners - eventually left outside to avoid smell Strange 'animal' tent up against our building -...

Great hotel
"Excellent value for money in a lovely setting, the half board buffet was good quality. All staff were friendly. I stayed after getting off a cruise and was allowed access to my room at 10am, this was really appreciated. Would definitely return to the hotel. It is beside a beautiful beach and lovely coastal walk."
