"very clean room, location was great, walking distance to the best beach in elnido "nacpan beach" breakfast was simple but very good and dining in the garden was a great touch!Magnus, Ran and Francis are super friendly,attentive and helpful!! Will definitely comeback! "Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. "
