Some staff can be a litrle rude but that probably due to language and communication. But best to read everything about amenities so you are well aware of the facilities and how to access them which shoild avoid any confusion or surprises.

The hotel was situated in an excellent location.
It was 5minutes walk to the Blue and Sophia mosque.
The grand bazar was also a 5min walk.
The location is perfect lots of food and local ammenties.
The rooms however are quiet small.but the location is brilliant.
Breakfast is simple qnd basic but again the location makes up for it

Overall, our stay was average. The breakfast was the same every day, mainly eggs and bread, so it would be better to have more variety and change the menu. The bathroom also needs updating, as the toilet seat was moving, the bathroom was not very clean, and everything felt quite old. We also had to ask several times over two days for a proper single bed for our daughter, as she couldn’t sleep comfortably in the baby bed provided. These areas could definitely be improved.

"The bathroom was filthy and there was no soap in the showers. The rooms are situated such that you will hear people in the lobby outside of the hotel loudly throughout the night. The bed and pillow were both very uncomfortable. I got maybe three hours of sleep in a 12 hr period. Absolutely terrible ..."
