The unit was not what was advertised. Owner used pictures of a different unit and blamed Expedia is the one that used different pictures of more than one units. What was advertised was open concept with panoramic windows with a view in the living room/ large kitchen. Unfortunately, what I got was not an open concept. You open the door and see a huge bookshelf unit as a room divider to make another “bedroom” in the living room. When I confronted the owner how all the pictures that were used on Expedia are from one unit, owner changed her tune and said that specifically unit that is shown in the pictures is “under construction” so it is unavailable. We accepted we were just unlucky with this owner. The place wasn’t what we were expecting but it was clean. Main reason that we got the unit was because it has a washer/dryer. Unfortunately, the dryer didn’t work. After couple of cleaners /maintenance workers came by, the issue was not solved. I contacted the owner. She replied back asking for more details on how the dryer was not working properly. When I replied back with videos of how the dryer session doesn’t start, I never got a replied back from the owner again. Overall, the unit is fine. Just don’t bait and switch with pictures of a unit that is not available. Also , fix the dryer if it is advertised that the unit has a washer/dryer.

Clean room, helpful staff, and good view from rooms.

My stay at D1Mension Residences was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The property is not as advertised, and the service is practically non-existent. Misleading Photos: The biggest issue is that the apartment I received looked nothing like the polished, professional pictures online. The reality was a tired, underwhelming space that did not match the expectation they set with their advertising. No On-Site Staff & Poor Communication: There is no dedicated reception or staff for the apartment in the lobby. To check in or ask a question, I had to text a contact person who took hours to respond. This is unacceptable and very stressful. Poor Building Conditions: The common hallways have no air conditioning, making them uncomfortably hot and stuffy. Unsanitary Bathroom: Worst of all was the bathroom. It had a persistent, foul odor that made the entire apartment unpleasant. This was a major hygiene concern. Save your money and book elsewhere. This place does not deliver on its promises and the lack of service and cleanliness is a serious problem.

The property was ok there is a lot that could be done. The staff was excellent.
