Recently renovated villa with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom. Possibility to have an additional double bedroom on the upper floor with private bathroom. Large terrace where you can have lunch outdoors and a garden to sunbathe in the sun and relax in the surrounding green hills with splendid sea views. Overall, the house has 4/6 beds.
A few kilometers from the sea of Cattolica and Gabicce, points of interest such as Gradara, Urbino, San Marino are also easily accessible.
A few kilometers away, for sea lovers, you can find the beautiful beaches of the Romagna and Pesaro riviera, which can be reached by car in a few minutes.

Idyllisches Landhaus mit schönem Blick aufs Meer und Cattolica by night
Geräumiges, ruhig gelegenes Landhaus, alles super sauber, viele Handtücher zur Verfügung, Vermieter sehr freundlich (hatte Brötchen zum Frühstück vorbeigebracht), rustikales Restaurant L'Usignolo mit guter Pizza und lokalen Spez. in ca. 5 km Entfernung, (einziger Minuspunkt waren die fehlenden Mückengitter an den Fenstern -zahlreiche Steckmücken abends- und Küchengeräte/Geschirr waren etwas spärlich vorhanden. Ansonsten waren wir recht zufrieden.
