It has capacity for 3 people (two adults + one teenager up to 16 years old) and a child up to 3 years old.



The studio has air conditioning, ensuring a fresh and pleasant environment during the hottest days. The balcony provides delightful moments of rest with a view of one of the numerous gardens in the development, creating a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere.



Equipped with an independent and fully functional kitchen, having all the necessary appliances available: refrigerator, coffee machine, oven, glass-ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, immersion blender, and complete tableware. Ideal for preparing meals or snacks.
