With direct entrance to the living room and kitchen in open space, the outside space is prepared for you to enjoy your meals outdoors. In the fully equipped kitchen, which has washing machines and dishwashers, the island countertop offers a built-in vinoteca. This ground floor also has a service bathroom.
On the top floor of the house, the icing on the cake, a rooftop terrace style furnished and equipped to enjoy some private sunsets. This division also has a support kitchen with a fridge and small appliances, ideal for preparing cocktails and serving snacks.
