"Despite the rural setting everything was as advertised. Would have no problem recommending to others, but a car is essential."

"The property was as advertised. It was clean and comfortable. I would have preferred not to pay a cash deposit though for the wifi router- as you do not get this back until you leave. As I am UK the 20 Euro at end not so useful. The surrounds pool and location is wonderful. Such easy access to the beach via walk or train. The beach is breathtaking along with view of the Ria Formasa. I will return. The local staff friendly. I was made to feel welcome."

"Out of this world. Aesthetically perfect. A place to really relax and switch off. Breakfast and dinner were wonderful. I would come back here again in a heartbeat. Superb."

"This was a nice place to stay in the middle of town (short 3-5 minutes to almost anything—so many great restaurants and cafes). The hotel has a lot of character, The room was nice, but definitely on the smaller side. Our room had a great view of the river and the center of town. Breakfast was free and was delicious. Parking is free but about 2 blocks away in a busy public lot on the river (away from town). Both times I parked I somehow snagged the last space there. There is another free lot not too far."
