Office is open 9 am to 4pm. Expedia has office open until 5pm. If you do not get there before 4pm you will need to make arrangements to have key left for you. Also, no mention of only allowing one vehicle on Expedia- any additional vehicle is an additional charge. Please make sure you contact the property ahead of time on this as well. Otherwise, it is clean, quiet and very beautiful. Now knowing the rules and times will definitely stay again.

No room service at all, parking spots are very tight, I came around 11pm from late night dinner, can not park in my destinated spot, either side cars were parked, I can’t park, also open hours are 10am to 4 pm, otherwise office was closed, it’s okay stay, but $500 for 2 nights, expect better

Very nice place, rooms are small. Laundry was not working. Pool was convenient and in good condition. Easy access to sites on the island. Clean rooms.

Loved the room decor. Bed was comfortable for me but my husband has back issues and needed it a little firmer. Quiet. beautiful ocean view. Nice pool.

no staff at ck in ( was told by another guest you had to ttack down housekeeping staff for keys) ck out early was i left unit unlocked and key on room as noone was around. maybe the place could at least put in a lamp or in the LR? Yes, washed our coffee cups tp avoid $50 cleaning fee

Renovations in process and being done nicely. Parrots a bit noisy and the glass doors let in a little too much light if you’re trying to catch a nap. Nice little spot

Older building but very cute and clean. The handle to the shower water came off in my hand and the shower curtain rod fell when I went to take a shower. The rest of the stay was fine. Beautiful waterfront stay

They offer a marina but no marina and boat ramp wasn’t operational.I called prior and the misinform me.So,I booked and after I did all the hitting fees and missing amenities came to light.but by then it was a non-refundable.by then I had to deal with a lot inconvenience.

Great Dog Friendly Resort with Florida Keys Charm
Great getaway! Perfect low-key, no-frills spot but at the same time clean and comfortable. The family suite was a great size and adorable. A few things could be updated (shower head, water pressure, AC or vent in bathroom) but, overall, the resort was great and the views and location were perfect. Perfect Florida Keys spot with amazing sunrise views over the water. It is also super dog friendly, which was very important for this fur baby mama!

Comfortable and Updated
Very nice property! We stayed in Room #11, it was comfortable and had everything we needed. The whole property appears to be updated. Paddleboarded right off the property and saw tarpon, turtle, nurse shark, and rays. Would definitely stay here again.

The location for us worked out. The property itself was good, not entirely sure if the wind on that side of the area just blows really hard and made it a bit difficult to lay down and relax at the beach area. The room had everything we need and it was very spacious. Loved that there were grills available however there were no night lights outside so we didn’t enjoy much during night time. Overall it was a pleasant stay

Great mini vacay at the Sands
I always enjoy staying at the Sands. It is very quaint with great water views and walking distance to several restaurants. Always clean and the staff is always friendly

All the material (websites, emails) say the office is open until 5pm. It closes at 4pm. I changed my plans to be there before 5pm. I arrived and the office was closed. I had no idea how to get a key, as I did not receive the explanatory email until I returned to my home in Key West. You need to change the times online to reflect the 4pm closing.
