THINGS TO KNOW
Elevators - This unit is located on the 4th floor. If the elevators are not working at any point during your stay, stairs will be available.
If you need assistance with your luggage upon arrival or departure due to the elevators not working, the security staff at the guard gate will be happy to help.
Jet skis and jet boats are not permitted on the property.
Streaming services are available with guests' personal accounts.

MARINA
Private resort marina provides slips for boats up to 28 feet. A boat launch ramp, trailer parking, and a fish cleaning station are available. Marina space and trailer parking are extremely limited and must be reserved in advance. Proof of boat insurance with $300,000 liability, $100,000 property damage, and current trailer/boat registration is required.

Reservations are required for all marina and trailer bookings. All reservations are handled directly by the Dockmaster. Guests must complete the Marina Reservation Form in advance; reservations cannot be made upon arrival.
Office hours for the Marina: Reservation requests are reviewed Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at (305) 440‑2773. Requests submitted after hours will be reviewed on the next business day.
