• Check-in: After 5:00 PM | Check-out: By 11:00 AM
• Early check-in/late checkout may be available—request at the Welcome Center upon arrival/departure

• Must be 21 or older to check in
• Daily resort fee: $22+ tax per night
• Accidental Damage Waiver: A non-refundable $59 accidental damage waiver is required for each reservation and provides coverage for up to $1,000 in qualifying accidental damage to the rental property. To qualify, damage must be reported to Provident before checkout.
The waiver does not cover intentional or negligent damage, smoking, unauthorized pets or guests, missing items, excessive cleaning, rule violations, fines, or damage exceeding $1,000. Guests remain financially responsible for excluded damage and any costs above the coverage limit.
