Enjoy beautiful scenery on the shores of Lake Dora in America's Sea Plane City ! Bring your boat to enjoy fishing and water sports or relax in our beach side loungers watching the sea planes land and the Tiki boat go by. Later grill out on our park style grills or cook dinner in your fully equipped kitchen. For those nights you prefer to go out, enjoy the many fine restaurants and entertainment in close by downtown Tavares. Have a nightcap downtown or gaze at the lakeside lights from your screened in patio. You will sleep comfortably on 100% cotton sheets on premium mattresses to awaken to a glorious sunrise across Lake beautiful Lake Dora.
Parking is shared with other guests across the back of the property. Please park trailers on the grass in the back.

Long weekend getaway

This was perfect for a long weekend. The house is right on the lake with a great dock and pool. The beds were comfy and the rest of the interior had everything we needed. The neighbors at Camp St Cabanas were very friendly and the hostess good with communications. We will stay again.

Spring getaway

The lake view was awesome. Very nice place we had plenty of room for 6 people. The down side was the non-bitting mosqitoes they swarmed so bad u couldnt enjoy the pool or just go outside the porch area. The shower needs some no skid strips.

Boys Fishing Tour

We stayed for a weekend while our boys participated in a bass tournament. I LOVED this unit. We were so pleasantly surprised by this cute, clean, and amazingly scenic unit! Will definitely be back!

Leesburg bike event

We really loved the apartment but we were not notified about the pool consruction and the pile of dirt blocking our view of the lake until the morning of our arrival and was a little disappointed. We would like to stay there again when the pool is finished.

The cabanas were so cute! So quaint and cozy! We spent the good majority of our time taking full advantage of the extra amenities - the beach, kayaks, dock, swimming pool, hot tub, and outdoor cooking area. The hosts were amazing and very welcoming. It’s close to downtown making the location very convenient. Absolutely recommend - very family friendly

Great place and convenient

We conduct a parachute jump into Lake Dora twice a year and this place was perfect. Only a few blocks from where I needed to meet. Much nicer than a hotel and about the same price. I will definitely be back.

Perfect spot on the Lake

We were able to bring our boat and keep it at the dock. Great spot for being close to Mt Dora and on the water. The units are very nicely equipped with everything you would need. Felt like a home away from home.
