Located in Otumoetai, exploring the Bay of Plenty is easy. Stay here as a base, taking day trips to Rotorua, Mount Maunganui, & surrounding areas.

The Space:

The home is 3 bedroom, fully furnished & equipped with everything you need for a comfortable longer term stay up to 3 months.



We host families relocating to Tauranga, looking for a home in the Otumoetai School zones including Otumoetai Primary, Bellevue Primary, Otumoetai Intermediate & Otumoetai College.



The peaceful home is also enjoyed by respectful & responsible groups on working holiday visas visiting the area. It is comfortable for up to 4 people in this instance.



As part of our Sherwood Food Forest cluster, we provide tree ripened organic fruit from the food forest as it is ripe.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home during their stay.



Other Things to Note:

It is important to follow Council guidelines for waste management using the bins provided *except for food waste, which we manage on site - details provided

*Cleaning fees will be charged if our cleaners need to sort your waste.

* Council fines will be passed onto guests



This home is in a family neighbourhood. Therefore no parties allowed.



No pets allowed.



Please leave laundry & microwave machine doors ajar to prevent moisture & mould damage.



Dry down the shower to prevent water marks.



Please inform management immediately using the message service if anything out of order or requires maintenance.
